You've all heard about the exciting night life that Taiwan's multitude of Nightmarkets have to offer. But flip the coin over and you'll see that Taiwan has a unique and special culture reserved only for the early birds of the city. Our project explores Taiwan's "Morning life" through different aspects and scenarios. We want to examine where this culture is rooted in and how it came to be. We plan to study different facets of the culture by immersing ourselves in the community, experiencing the various morning rituals, and getting to know more about it by interviewing the local people. The scope of our project will be centered around three main subtopics: breakfast, fitness, and transportation. This is a shared project between me and Eric Wong.
Do younger generations still hold these traditions?
